Rent My Wedding
At Rent My Wedding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rental experience. Please review our refund policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds work.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations under the following conditions:
1. Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may do so for a full refund.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at orders@rentmywedding.com or call 1-800-465-8020 with your order number and billing address.
Once the cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund within 1 business day.
2. After Shipment:
Once your rental items have been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds.
This applies regardless of whether the items are used or not. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming your rental.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items, depending on the situation.
Please document any damage with photos and email them to orders@rentmywedding.com within 48 hours of receiving your items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items once they have been shipped. However, if there is a mistake with your order, such as receiving the wrong items, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping Both Ways: Rent My Wedding offers free standard shipping both to and from your event location. If your items are returned later than the agreed return date, additional fees may apply.
Late Returns
Please return all rental items on the agreed date. If items are returned late, you may be charged an additional fee. For late returns, please reach out to us ahead of time to avoid any penalties.
