The "Best of the Best" Awards includes 2 contests: Best Vendor and Best Wedding/Event. Vendors must fill out a form online to be considered for one or both awards. Winners are selected through online voting. All winners receive prizes including magazine features, over $20,000 worth of vendor listings, and more.

Best Vendor Award

1. Fill out form HERE by 11/25/20. 

2. Vote online HERE from 12/1 – 12/8.

3. Winners are selected based on most votes.

4. Winners will be announced on 12/10/20:

Best Wedding / Event Award

1. Submit image gallery HERE from 1 wedding or event by 11/25/20. 

2. Our editorial board selects 14 Finalists.

3. Finalist photos are posted to our Instagram account on 12/1/20.

4. Voting on our Instagram page is open from 12/1 – 12/8.

5. Winners are selected based on most overall likes and comments. (Each "like" and "comment" counts as a separate vote.)

RULES AND DETAILS

Photo Requirements:

1. You must either own all photos submitted, or have express permission from the photographer for the photos to be published in print and/or online by RENT MY WEDDING LLC. This includes but is not limited to the following types of publication: Website, online magazine, print magazine, social media, books, and email.

2. The Best Vendor Award requires one image of your work. This means you must have provided a product appearing in the image or provided services for the event pictured. The image can be from your website, photo gallery, dropbox link, etc. If submitting an image from your website, please format the link as follows: Right click the image on your website, Click on "open in new tab", Go to the new tab and copy/paste that link into your entry form. There are no image size requirements for this award.

3. The best wedding/event award requires a complete gallery of images from one wedding or event. Submissions can be made by the wedding couple, guest of honor, or vendors involved in the event. Images must be high-resolution and print quality. Images may not contain watermarks. Photo credit will be printed below each image published. Minimum of 5 images from a single wedding/event are required. We will not consider submissions that contain less than 5 images, or that contain images from multiple weddings/events.

Promotion:

1. We will create a Pinterest Board featuring each Best Vendor nominee. This will include the photo you submitted along with your response about what makes you the best vendor. The Pinterest board will be embedded on the voting webpage so that voters can learn more about each vendor. You are welcome to post comments on the Pinterest post with additional information about your company to share with voters.

2. We will post all Best Wedding/Event Finalists on our Instagram page. You are welcome to share this with your friends, family, and clients to participate in voting. https://www.instagram.com/RentMyWedding

3. After the contest ends, we may do various promotions of the winners and the contest by email, website, online magazine, print magazine, social media, and more.

Finalist & Winner Selection

1. All winners of the Best Vendor competition are selected based on receiving the most votes online by the general public.

2. All finalists of the Best Wedding/Event competition are selected by the RENT MY WEDDING Magazine editorial board. Finalists selection is based upon editorial discretion, including quality of images, variety of images, and unique decor elements.

3. All winners of the Best Wedding/Event competition are selected based upon receiving the most likes and comments on our Instagram page. Each "Like" and "Comment" is counted as a separate vote. For example, if a photo receives one like and one comment from the same person, it will be counted as 2 votes.

Prizes & Winner Notification

Winners will be published on our website at https://www.rentmywedding.com/Awards-2020. To claim prizes, winners must do the following:

1. Magazine Feature: Winners must provide any additional information as requested by the editorial team, and the photographer must sign a release form. Real Wedding winners must provide at least 8 high-resolution, non-watermarked images showing the wedding ceremony, reception, couple, cake, and wedding details. Failure to supply the required information or necessary photographer releases will result in forfeiture of this prize.

2. Vendor Listing: Winners must verify their email address associated with the vendor listing. RENT MY WEDDING LLC will set up the initial vendor profile using the information provided on the contest entry form. Winner will then receive an email asking them to verify their email address. At that time, winner can then access the vendor listing and make any edits as desired. Free vendor listings are valid for one year. No credit card is required for signup. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes or Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, RENT MY WEDDING LLC.
