SCHOOL AND NON-PROFIT RESERVATIONS

We love working with schools and non-profits! Flexible rental and payment options are available for qualified organizations. Read below for everything you need to know!

PAYMENT METHODS: Check payments are accepted from schools and non-profit organizations. We also accept credit cards.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due 30 days after the event date.

HOW TO SETUP AN ORDER:
1) Contact us at 1-800-465-8020 or info@rentmywedding.com.
2) Let us know your event date, items, quantity, and organization name.
3) We will send you a quote (or invoice if required).
4) You should submit the quote / invoice to your organization, and request a Purchase Order.
5) Email your organization's Purchase Order to info@rentmywedding.com
6) We will then setup your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation.

SHIPPING & RETURN
1) Rentals are guaranteed for delivery at least 2 days prior to event date.
2) Rentals are due back for return to any FedEx location 2 days after event date.
3) Extended rental periods available upon request.
4) Shipping is free both ways nationwide
5) Free shipping transit time is 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping also available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1) My organization doesn't use purchase orders.
-- Simply send us a signed letter (on letterhead) agreeing to the reservation and payment within 30 days.

2) My organization requires special forms for vendors.
-- No problem! Email the forms to info@rentmywedding.com. We will respond within 1 business day.

3) I need a longer rental period.
-- We are happy to setup custom rental periods. Contact us at 1-800-465-8020 or info@rentmywedding.com.

4) I need help estimating quantity of lighting.
-- We're here to help! Just let us know your venue size or about how many people the room holds. Contact us at 1-800-465-8020 or info@rentmywedding.com.

5) Can anyone pay by check / purchase order?
-- Payment by check after event is available only for verifiable non-profit organizations and educational institutions. All other renters must pay using credit card.
