You can schedule your rentals well ahead of time, so everything arrives with plenty of time for setup and stress-free preparation.

We offer a variety of rentals including lighting, backdrops, canopies, projectors, linens, and more to help transform your event.
Do you offer international shipping for rentals?
Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States.

Is there a minimum rental order requirement?
There is no minimum rental order. You can rent just one item or multiple items based on your event needs.
What is included with my rental package?
Each rental includes the item(s) you ordered, complete setup instructions, and free return shipping labels.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 5 days, but you can adjust the rental period if needed. Additional days may be available upon request.
How do I return my rental items?
After your event, simply repack the items in the same box they came in, attach the return label, and ship them back via the carrier specified.
Do I need to worry about a security deposit?
No, Rent My Wedding does not require a security deposit for any of our rental items.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within a specific timeframe. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details on timelines and any applicable fees.
How do I choose the right number of rental items for my event?
We provide calculators and expert recommendations based on event type and guest count to help you select the appropriate quantity of items.
Can I rent items for multiple events?
Yes, you can rent items for multiple events. Just be sure to schedule the rentals with enough time in between events for shipping and returns.
Do you offer a setup service for rentals?
Currently, we do not offer professional setup services. However, we provide clear setup instructions to help you set up your rentals with ease.
How is delivery handled?
We ship your rental items to your event location with free shipping both ways. You’ll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery in an email once your order has shipped.
What if my rental item is damaged or not working?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Can I rent a projector for my event?

What should I do if my event plans change?
If your event plans change, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, including adjusting delivery dates or rental periods when feasible. Call us at 1-800-465-8020 .
What guarantees do you offer for your rental items?
At Rent My Wedding, we offer several guarantees to ensure your peace of mind:
All items are inspected before shipping and are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition.
Your rental package will arrive at least two days before your event.
We provide 24/7 phone support for any questions or setup assistance.
In the unlikely event of a lost package, we will overnight a replacement at no additional cost.
Our hassle-free cancellation policy offers a 100% refund if canceled before shipment.
What happens if I can't return my rental items on time?
If you can’t return your items on time, simply contact us at Call us at 1-800-465-8020 ! We’re happy to extend your rental period, usually without any additional charges, as long as you reach out to us. If the delay is extended, we may charge a late fee, but we aim to accommodate our customers as much as possible.

OUR RENTAL RESERVATION PROCESS
- Reserve your rental item(s) by browsing through our rental product pages. Click the pink "rent" button below any item to begin the checkout process. You will be prompted to enter your event date, shipping address, quantity of rental items, and payment information.
- A 25% deposit is charged when you place your order. The remaining 75% balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your event. If placing your order less than 30 days before the event, the full amount will be charged.
- All prices include FREE shipping both ways within the continental U.S. A pre-paid return shipping label is provided with every order.
- Rent My Wedding will automatically schedule shipment of your rental items to arrive at least two days prior to your event. Rentals must be returned to any FedEx location within two days after the event. If you need a longer rental period, just contact us before placing your order and we are happy to accommodate.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email confirming your delivery and return dates. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your rental package once your order has shipped.
