5-Day Rental Period
  • Rentals are for a 5-day period, giving you plenty of time to receive, use, and return the items after your event.
Schedule in Advance
    • You can schedule your rentals well ahead of time, so everything arrives with plenty of time for setup and stress-free preparation.

Simple Returns
  • After your event, simply use the prepaid return shipping label we provide to send everything back to us. No hassle, no extra fees!

We offer a variety of rentals including lighting, backdrops, canopies, projectors, linens, and more to help transform your event.

There is no minimum rental order. You can rent just one item or multiple items based on your event needs.

Each rental includes the item(s) you ordered, complete setup instructions, and free return shipping labels.

Our standard rental period is 5 days, but you can adjust the rental period if needed. Additional days may be available upon request.

After your event, simply repack the items in the same box they came in, attach the return label, and ship them back via the carrier specified.

  • In the unlikely event of a lost package, we will overnight a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Our hassle-free cancellation policy offers a 100% refund if canceled before shipment.

We’re happy to extend your rental period, usually without any additional charges, as long as you reach out to us. If the delay is extended, we may charge a late fee, but we aim to accommodate our customers as much as possible.
