Welcome to Rent My Wedding’s Terms and Conditions! Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our rental services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Rental Period
Standard rentals are for 5 calendar days, beginning on the scheduled delivery date.
Items must be shipped back on or before the 5th day using the provided return label.
Late returns may incur a late fee of $25 per day per item.
2. Shipping
We offer free shipping both ways on all orders.
Shipping is available within the United States only.
Orders will be delivered at least 1 day prior to your event whenever possible.
A pre-paid return label is included in the box for easy return via UPS.
3. Condition of Items
All rentals are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before each order.
Normal wear and tear is expected. However, significant damage or loss may result in additional fees up to the full replacement cost.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying all items upon delivery.
Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the delivery date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund or rental credit.
No refunds are provided for items that are shipped but not used.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rent My Wedding is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of rented items. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Rent My Wedding is headquartered.
