For this reason, we offer a number of guarantees to our clients. �First, we take great care in inspecting every single rental item before it is shipped out, and guarantee that all items will arrive in perfect condition. �Additionally, our team monitors every package while it is in transit to ensure there are no issues with shipping. �In the event of the extremely unlikely worst case scenario of FedEx losing a package, we will overnight a replacement package for no charge. �Third, we guarantee that your package will arrive at least two days prior to your event (and typically packages actually arrive even sooner!). �Fourth, we provide 24/7 phone support. �If you have a question or need help setting up your rental items, we have someone on call to help you out on evenings and weekends! �Finally, we offer a 100% money-back cancellation policy: cancel anytime up until your order is shipped, for any reason, and we will provide a full refund within 1 business day.

ORDERING

Place your rental order online in minutes!

� Reserve your rental item(s) by browsing through our rental product pages. Click the pink "rent" button below any item to begin the checkout process. You will be prompted to enter your event date, shipping address, quantity of rental items, and payment information.

� A 25% deposit i
s charged when you place your order. The remaining 75% balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your event. If placing your order less than 30 days before the event, the full amount will be charged.�

All prices include FREE shipping both ways within the continental U.S. A pre-paid return shipping label is provided with every order.

� Rent My Wedding will automatically schedule shipment of your rental items to arrive at least two days prior to your event. Rentals must be returned to any FedEx location within two days after the event. If you need a longer rental period, just contact us before placing your order and we are happy to accommodate.

You will receive an order confirmation via email confirming your delivery and return dates. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your rental package.

PAYMENTS

Standard Payment System:If ordering less than 30 days ahead, the full amount will be charged at checkout. If ordering more than 30 days ahead, you can pay 25% at checkout, and the 75% balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to event. We also offer payment plans! See below.�

Custom Payment Plans: We're happy to setup custom payment plans! Click HERE to request a payment plan. For example, you can pay a certain amount each week or each month so that you don't have to pay everything all at once. We can automatically charge your credit card, or you can call us when you'd like to make payments. All rentals must be paid in full prior to shipping. For qualified schools and non-profits, we accept purchase orders. Click HERE to learn more about purchase order payments.

Florida Residents: Please note that we are required by law to collect 7% sales tax on all rental orders shipped to Florida addresses.

SHIPPING

� Shipping is always FREE both ways ANYWHERE within the continental U.S. for all orders. Shipping time is 1 - 5 business days, depending on your location. Our availability checker during the checkout process will determine whether the free shipping method will get the rentals to you in time for your event. Delivery is guaranteed at least two days prior to your event date with the free shipping method. If the free shipping method will not get the items to you in time for your event, the system will not let your order go through, and will prompt you to call us.

We are happy to help you with a rush order or overnight delivery; additional shipping charges may apply. We can ship rush orders out same day, as long as the order is placed by 4PM EST.

� All rental items are shipped via FedEx. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your order.

� Rent My Wedding will automatically schedule shipment of your rental items to arrive at least two days prior to your event. Delivery dates are guaranteed. Rentals must be returned to any FedEx location within two days after the event. If you need a longer rental period, just contact us before placing your order.

A pre-paid return shipping label is included with every package for your convenience in returning the rental items. If you misplace your return label, just contact us for a new one.

RETURNS

� Rental items must be returned to FedEx within two days after your event date. (Example: if your event is on Saturday, return the package on Monday). If your return date falls on a Sunday or holiday, you can return the next day. Simply place the rental items back in the same box using the same packaging materials, attach the pre-paid shipping label provided, and drop off the package(s) at your local FedEx location. You can also call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to schedule a FedEx carrier to pick up the package at your location.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

All orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions of our Rental Agreement, which is available HERE. By placing an order with Rent My Wedding, whether by phone or online, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.

LATE FEES

� Unable to return your package on time? Just give us a call; we can usually provide an extra day complimentary. If you need more time, extended rental periods are available for 50% off the regular rental price.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Our policy is simple: just treat the rental items like you would if you were borrowing them from a friend before his or her wedding. With that in mind, customers are responsible for items that are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed by fire or any other means, or altered in any way, other than normal wear and tear. Permissible wear and tear includes minor scratches or marks on rental items, minor stains, minor rips/tears, or other similar minor damage. Your responsibility for the rental items begins when they are delivered. For this reason, we recommend that you provide a shipping address at which an individual can receive the package for delivery so that it will not be left unattended. Once you drop off the package at FedEx for return, you are no longer responsible for the rental items.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Our cancellation policy is simple. Cancel anytime before your package is shipped for a full refund! Call us at 1-800-465-8020 or email info@rentmywedding.com. Refunds are provided within 1 business day of the cancellation notice. Packages typically ship out 10 days prior to your event date, depending on your location. Please contact us to find out the exact shipping date for your order. You will receive an email notification when your package is shipped.

LATE FEES

� Rental items must be returned to FedEx within two days after your event date, excluding Sundays and holidays. (Example: if your event is on Saturday, you must return the lights to FedEx on Monday). When you drop off the package for return to FedEx, the FedEx agent will scan your package and provide a receipt. Please retain this receipt for your records. Items that are dropped off at FedEx more than two days after the event date will incur late fees at a rate of $5 per day for LED uplighting rentals, and $0.50 per day for all other rental items (chair covers, linens, etc.). Unable to return your package on time? Just give us a call, and we are happy to extend your rental period. We never charge late fees as long as you contact us to make arrangements.
